The mouth oral cavity squamous cancer is a diffusing pathology: 600.000 world  cases  every years, among which 4.500 in Italy.

A diffusing  but little know pathology with dangerous characteristics as if not immediately diagnosed, 50 per cent of the cases can't be recovered.
That's why prevention is fundamental: the research is trying to find before the manifestation in the mouth oral cavity of lesions, the predisposition to develop this disease, whose appearance is favoured by alchool and smoking.
